Job summary

Laboratory Sciences of Arizona in Phoenix, Arizona, seeks a knowledgeable laboratory manager to oversee our rapid response labs located across the state. You will develop and direct operational activities, ensure compliance with policies and standards, and support lab staff while starting new labs as we grow. Some statewide travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology.
• Four (4) years’ training and experience in high-complexity testing in the respective specialty.
• Two (2) years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct operational activities within the laboratory to meet company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Support laboratory employees and start up new labs as the business grows.
