Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in science, healthcare, or related field.
• 3 years of hematology/coagulation lab operations OR 5 years of outpatient lab coordination.
• All IHI employees must enable multi-factor authentication for IHI systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for onsite and remote lab services.
• Direct supervision and leadership of laboratory staff.
• Coordinate pricing and service agreements with external vendors.
• Collaborate with partner organizations on laboratory services and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for lab service expansion and improvement.
