Qualifications

• Minimum Associate's degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute research projects under the direction of the primary investigator and in accordance with study protocols and regulatory processes.
• Participate in planning and execution of research projects with Medical Director and PI.
• Create study budgets in InfoED and assist with billing, invoicing, and tracking payments.
• Assess patient eligibility and coordinate study-related patient care with the team.
• Explain informed consent, document refusals, and communicate with stakeholders and monitors.
• Prepare protocol worksheets, regulatory forms, adverse event reports, and submissions to the IRB.
• Monitor activities for regulatory compliance and participate in quality assurance audits.
• Record adverse events and coordinate reporting with investigators.
