Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or related field.
• Current ASCP or NCA certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the clinical laboratory.
• Leads staffing, equipment, supplies and time management.
• Develops QA programs and ensures testing reliability.
• Maintains compliance with federal regulations and CPT coding.
• Collaborates with Laboratory Directors on financial challenges.
