Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of the laboratory unit/department
• Develops and monitors QA programs and regulatory compliance
• Oversees budgeting, capital and operational expenses
• Directs staff supervision, scheduling and performance evaluations
• Coordinates reporting, analysis and quality control trends
• Ensures adherence to CPT coding, Medicare/Medicaid procedures and audits

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in medical technology or allied health

Master’s Degree (preferred)
