Job summary

Hudson Regional Health is seeking a Laboratory Manager to organize and control all aspects of laboratory management, supervise workflow, customer service, and equipment maintenance. The role includes directing personnel in test procedures, quality control, and ensuring OSHA-compliant procedures.

The candidate will maintain records for inspections, stay updated on new tests and technology, and promote staff development while coordinating with medical and administrative teams on new methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, ASCP preferred.
• Blood Bank experience required.
• 2–5 years of managerial experience in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and controls all aspects of laboratory management.
• Supervises workflow, customer service, and equipment maintenance.
• Directs personnel in test procedures and quality control.
• Maintains records to comply with inspections.
