Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing in Littleton, MA seeks a General Manager to maintain positive operating margins, oversee laboratory and facility operations, and align with corporate policies.

The GM will lead lab managers, ensure ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, manage budgets and P&L, mentor staff, drive customer relations, and collaborate with QA, HR, and IT to improve productivity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of leadership experience in a laboratory setting.
• Proven ability to build consensus and drive accountability.
• Familiar with regulatory standards such as FCC, EU, OSHA, SCC.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage laboratory operations to meet budgetary goals.
• Lead lab culture and employee engagement; partner with HR.
• Directly manage lab activities and provide technical support.
• Build customer relationships and drive sales growth with Eurofins teams.
• Ensure ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation and audit readiness.
• Oversee staffing and cost controls in coordination with finance.
