The ideal candidate will have a degree in MLS/MT, four years of lab experience, and demonstrated supervisory skills, with a focus on quality, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Four years of laboratory experience.
• Knowledge of laboratory operations, quality systems, regulatory requirements, and safety practices.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise laboratory staff across locations.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and daily workflow.
• Manage onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development.
