Job summary

Revere Health in Provo, UT is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to lead a high-functioning team at our Provo Main Laboratory, supporting 400+ providers across Utah. The role oversees day-to-day operations, staff development, and regulatory compliance, ensuring high-quality, patient-focused service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology/MLS or equivalent CLIA-qualified science degree.
• 2 years minimum in a supervisory/management role; 4 years preferred.
• Experience with CLIA high-complexity testing and lab safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and evaluate laboratory staff.
• Coach staff, support professional goals, and encourage open communication.
• Delegate responsibilities and ensure accountability across the lab.
• Apply clinical lab procedures to improve operations and quality.
• Oversee testing, equipment maintenance, QC, and proficiency testing.
• Manage supplies and inventory for the lab.
• Coordinate with quality supervisors to ensure CLIA, COLA, OSHA compliance.
• Supervise the phlebotomy supervisor and support the phlebotomy team.
• Partner with Laboratory Services Director to ensure safe, high-quality service.
