Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to meet production and throughput goals safely.
• Monitor inventories and coordinate with vendors to manage costs.
• Lead, train, and mentor staff with effective onboarding and scheduling.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Enforce GLP and regulatory compliance with SOPs and QC processes.
• Drive safety culture, audits, and incident investigations.
