Ascend Wellness Holdings is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to oversee the Extraction Lab operations within our cannabis facility. You will supervise up to ten Extraction Technicians, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and coordinate daily production with managers.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong team leadership, process optimization, calibration and maintenance oversight, and adherence to SOPs and GLP. The role is full-time, on-site, with Monday–Friday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a supervisor or team management role.
• 3–5 years of experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, extraction, or related production environment.
• Comfortable working in humid, odorous environments with PPE and safety protocols.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily lab operations to meet production schedules, throughput goals and quality standards.
• Lead, train, mentor, and supervise lab staff; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Monitor metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement for efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee equipment calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting to maximize uptime and performance.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, GLP, safety protocols and regulatory requirements; support audits and corrective actions.
