Orlando Health, Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to oversee all activities within the laboratory and ensure services meet financial and operational goals.

The role is based at Bayfront Hospital in Saint Petersburg, FL, and requires leadership across personnel, scheduling, and policy compliance. The ideal candidate will have a CLS-related bachelor’s degree, completed CLT program, and strong LIS/HIS computer proficiency, with at least five years in clinical lab work and supervisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Clinical Laboratory, Chemical or Biological Science is required.
• Completion of a Clinical Laboratory training program.
• Computer literacy including LIS, HIS and general PC use.

Responsabilités

• Oversees lab operations to meet service demands while aligning with budget and compliance.
• Directs resource utilization and staffing for cost efficiency.
• Ensures adherence to regulatory and accrediting requirements.
• Supervises hiring, coaching and performance management.
• Collaborates with other Orlando Health laboratories to maintain policy consistency.
