Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Clinical Laboratory, Chemical or Biological Science.
• Successful completion of a Clinical Laboratory training program.
• Current Florida Supervisor license in the laboratory specialty.
• ASCP certification or eligibility.
• Five years of clinical laboratory experience including at least one year supervising staff.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee laboratory operations and ensure service demands meet plan.
• Implement policies for resource utilization and regulatory compliance.
• Direct cost-effective use of personnel and supplies.
• Manage scheduling and performance management program.
• Lead coaching and development of team members.
• Collaborate with other Orlando Health laboratories to align policies.
• Ensure adherence to Code of Conduct and Compliance Program.
