Job summary

Millenniumsoft is seeking a highly organized Laboratory Operations Coordinator in Tempe, AZ to support Field Assurance Lab operations. The role includes shipping/receiving, sample return kit fulfillment, inventory management, documentation, tracking and reporting, and administrative support in a mixed office/lab setting.

The ideal candidate will have logistics, inventory control, warehouse operations, and operational documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Document complaint samples received for laboratory evaluation.

• Track shipments and maintain shipping records.
• Coordinate warehouse pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data records.
• Process requests through tracking systems and monitor completion status.
• Generate operational reports and maintain tracking logs.
• Support sample storage and disposal activities.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory procedures and documentation standards.
• Escalate issues and exceptions when necessary.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
