Job summary

Millenniumsoft is seeking a Shipping & Laboratory Operations Coordinator in Tempe, AZ to support Field Assurance Lab operations. You will handle shipping/receiving, sample return kit fulfillment, inventory management, documentation, tracking and reporting, warehouse coordination, and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, inventory control, warehouse operations, and operational documentation, and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data records.
• Process requests through tracking systems and monitor completion status.
• Generate operational reports and maintain tracking logs.
• Support sample storage and disposal activities.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory procedures and documentation standards.
• Escalate issues and exceptions when necessary.
