• Coordinate Laboratory Associate staff to maintain productive workflow and outstanding patient care.
• Lead onboarding and training for new employees.
• Coordinate daily schedules, including lunches, breaks, and training time for Laboratory Associates.
• Provide coverage for scheduled and unscheduled staff absences and ensure quality standards.
