Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of Laboratory Associate, phlebotomy, or related laboratory experience required.
• Strong specimen collection and processing skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Experience training, mentoring, or coordinating staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise laboratory activities to ensure procedures are performed accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate Laboratory Associate staff to maintain productive workflow.
• Lead onboarding and training efforts for new employees.
• Provide coverage for scheduled and unscheduled staff absences.
• Answer phones and process laboratory specimens accurately and efficiently.
• Manage daily schedules including lunches, breaks, and training time.
