HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Manager for StoneSprings Hospital Center in Virginia. You will lead staff, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while directing quality improvement efforts across the laboratory operations.

The role requires a Bachelor in Medical Technology or related field, MT certification, and 3+ years of supervisory experience in a clinical lab. COVID-19 vaccination is required where law permits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, Biology or Chemistry.
• National Certification as a Medical Technologist.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a clinical laboratory.
• COVID-19 vaccination as required by local, state, or federal law or regulations (unless exempt).

Responsabilités

• Lead and monitor staff performance, policies, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop monitoring systems for quality assessment data and action plans; re-monitor results.
• Evaluate and initiate corrective actions for service/quality trends.
• Ensure departments respond to customer feedback and implement improvements for lab services.
