Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent with 1+ years clinical experience or 2+ years clinical experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong knowledge of clinical information systems, data management and administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Health Informatics to drive strategic goals and vision for CHRISTUS Health.
• Standardize best practice workflow processes to improve patient safety.
• Identify infrastructure-related issues affecting laboratory applications.
• Provide guidance and informal training to users of supported lab applications.
• Share knowledge and best practices across ministries to improve efficiency.
