Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or related degree concentration with at least 4 years of laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow and perform daily monitoring to meet TAT.
• Conduct semi-annual performance reviews and interview applicants; maintain training records and succession plans.
• Perform routine and non-routine work as specified by technical job descriptions.
• Coach, train, and develop others within the group for personal development and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot instrumental and method issues.
• Lead investigations; establish root cause and robust CAPA.
• Support LEAN initiatives and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations.
