Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services seeks a Leader of Direct Reports to oversee a scientific group, drive quality and safety, and ensure compliance with cGMP and company policies. The role requires a chemistry/biology-related bachelor’s degree and at least two years of supervisory experience in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, managing time and workflow, and ensuring data integrity and CAPA closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry or related degree concentration.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a cGMP environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality policy program is understood and maintained; identify and correct departures from the quality system.
• Lead a team with clear vision, coach and develop staff, and manage performance and attendance.
