Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions seeks a seasoned lab professional to support bioassay testing and equipment maintenance while ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and team development. You will contribute to data integrity, qualification protocols, and deviation investigations in a fast‑paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with clients and leadership, and ongoing improvements to workflows and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical sciences or related field; 4+ years of lab experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot instruments and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with equipment qualification and maintenance.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lab Operations: Perform bioassays, cell passages, media prep, and calibrations while keeping area clean and compliant.
• Documentation & Compliance: Enter/verify data, review protocols, support deviation investigations and change controls.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot instrument issues and act as resource for equipment; interact with customers/vendors.
• Team Leadership: Coach team members, monitor workflow, conduct performance reviews, manage training.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Work with leadership to implement business directives and drive improvements.
