Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a full-time lab professional in Portage, MI to coordinate workflow and monitor TAT. The role involves coaching others, solving instrument issues, and leading investigations to establish root causes and CAPA.

Must have a Bachelor's in chemistry/biology/biochemistry with at least 4 years of lab work and US work authorization. The position offers a 4x10 schedule (Mon-Thu, 2pm–12am), comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to contribute to LEAN

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or related field with at least 4 years of lab experience.
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Coordinate workflow and monitor to meet TAT.
Conduct semi-annual performance reviews and interview applicants; maintain training records for assigned employees, evaluate succession plans.
Perform routine and non-routine work per applicable technical description for the individual.
Coach, train, and develop others within the group with respect to personal development and operational improvements.
Troubleshoot and solve instrumental and method issues.
Lead investigations independently, establish root cause and robust CAPA.
Support and drive LEAN initiatives and operational improvements.
Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations.
