Qualifications

• Education and certifications required for laboratory practice and teaching.
• Experience with clinical laboratory regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Ability to develop and deliver training and competency assessments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, and deliver education, training, competency assessment, and onboarding for laboratory staff, students, and new employees.
• Serve as subject-matter expert and mentor, ensuring training meets regulatory, accreditation, quality, and operational standards.
• Maintain competency across all laboratory disciplines and support departmental projects as directed by the Laboratory Director.
