Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory, Chemical or Biological Science required.
• Certified by ASCP or eligible.
• Five years of Clinical Laboratory experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital laboratory operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Implement policies and procedures for cost-effective resource utilization.
• Oversee scheduling, performance management, and staff coaching.
• Interact with pathologists, medical staff, and other department managers to ensure quality service.
