Job summary

Women & Infants Hospital, part of Care New England Health System, seeks a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee onsite and outreach lab operations. Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Phlebotomy certification required or equivalent.
• High School graduate with two years of college or business school and 2–3 years healthcare work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily laboratory outreach operations and supports customer service initiatives.
• Responds to patient care and client issues under supervision.
• Assists with training, scheduling and payroll.
• Provides administrative support and monitors / improves customer service projects.
• Performs clinical support duties as backup for technicians and maintains staff confidentiality.
