Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years phlebotomy experience, supervisory/leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly, weekly and daily staff schedules.
• Oversee candidate selection, orientation, competence, and development of staff.
• Develop and monitor quality assurance and improvement activities.
• Collaborate with clients and patients to meet service needs and solicit feedback.
• Monitor annual section financial goals.
• Supervise all aspects of referral laboratory testing.
