• Experience in laboratory client support or similar role.
• Ability to resolve complex issues independently.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolves complex issues with internal and external clients and departments.
• Manages client concerns to reach an acceptable solution, escalate when needed.
• Monitors and reassigns workload based on capacity.
• Assists with training of new employees on all functions within the department.
• Acts as liaison between clients, department, and ARUP.
