Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a Client Outreach Representative in Lenexa, KS to act as the primary liaison between clients and the laboratory. You will handle outreach for specimen-related information, obtain missing documents, and coordinate resolutions to keep testing workflows moving.

You will provide frontline customer service, answer inquiries, route requests, and escalate complex issues to ensure timely, accurate laboratory processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in business, healthcare management, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of healthcare and client-facing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Outreach & Problem Specimen Resolution: contact clients regarding specimens needing information; obtain missing requisitions and documentation; follow up on missing data; document outreach attempts; coordinate with lab departments to resolve specimen discrepancies.
• Client Support: answer incoming calls; respond to routine questions; assist with report requests; escalate complex issues to supervisor; provide courteous customer service.
• Support Services Operations: work with Support Services Supervisor; review daily lab reports; escalate discrepancies; perform routine verification activities; provide admin support for projects and initiatives.
• Summary tasks: ensure timely specimen processing and maintain clear communication across departments and client offices.
