Franciscan Health Mooresville is seeking a laboratory assistant to perform specimen processing and the analysis, evaluation and reporting of waived and moderately complex tests in alignment with department procedures and professional standards.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 12–18 months of related laboratory experience; knowledge of medical terminology is preferred to support accurate data reporting.

• Background in medical laboratory and/or knowledge of medical terminology is required.
• Twelve (12) to eighteen (18) months of related experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
