Responsibilities

• Receive environmental samples and enter Chain of Custody into the LIMS system.
• Review paperwork for incoming samples to ensure completeness and correctness.
• Quality control of samples to ensure sample integrity.
• Coordinate and perform sample-related activities including shipping and receiving.
• Generate reports and enter data produced by analysts into the system.
• Ensure final reports are prepared and delivered to clients in a timely manner.
• Assist with client questions via phone, email, or in person.
• Support sample-related activities including preservation, preparation, and disposal.
