Job summary

Sanford Health in Marshfield, WI is seeking a Laboratory Technician to prepare and process biological specimens in a busy microbiology and pathology setting. You will assist with laboratory activities and ensure data accuracy in a safe, professional environment.

Job Summary

Responsibilities include preparing and processing biological specimens. Assists in performing laboratory activities and other assigned tasks. Aids in preparing laboratory specimens and supplies. May be responsible for entering laboratory orders and results. Ensures the accuracy and quality of laboratory data in a safe and professional work environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED) preferred.

Completion of a formal phlebotomy program, phlebotomy experience, and experience in a laboratory-related field preferred. May be required to have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
