Job summary

Sanford Health in Marshfield, Wisconsin, is seeking a phlebotomy technician to join our hospital laboratory team. You will perform phlebotomy, collect, prepare and process specimens, and help maintain accurate lab records.

Schedule is 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, day shifts from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; salary range is $17.00 to $25.50 per hour. This role supports patient care in America's heartland and requires a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Preferred high school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a formal phlebotomy program and phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required.
• Experience in a laboratory-related field preferred.

Assists in performing laboratory activities and other assigned tasks. Aids in preparing laboratory specimens and supplies. May be responsible for entering laboratory orders and results. Ensures the accuracy and quality of laboratory data in a safe and professional work environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED) preferred.

Completion of a formal phlebotomy program, phlebotomy experience, and experience in a laboratory-related field preferred. May be required to have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
