Job summary

Mentor Technical Group seeks a Laboratory Asset Services Coordinator to oversee maintenance, asset data integrity, and service coordination in research environments. You will manage CMMS, coordinate with end users and suppliers, and ensure proper documentation for asset service reports.

Ideal candidates will have a life sciences or engineering background, 4+ years of lab experience, and strong Excel proficiency to support asset lifecycle management and calibration processes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in life sciences or engineering.
• 4+ years laboratory experience.
• Experience with asset lifecycle management and onboarding/offboarding.
• Experience using CMMS; familiarity with SAP CRM / Blue Mountain RAM / ProCal is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.

Responsibilities

• Metric/KPI reporting and quarterly business reviews with stakeholders.
• Coordinate asset inventory and preventive maintenance program.
• Manage asset lifecycle and entitlement processes.
• Oversee CMMS data integrity and field service coordination.
• Coordinate with end users and suppliers for asset service reports and documentation.
• Create and distribute asset service data reports to partners.
