Job summary

Microbac Laboratories, Inc. is seeking an Analyst I to join a premier accredited laboratory in Boulder, CO. You will perform routine scientific tasks under close supervision, following SOPs and documenting observations as part of our quality-focused operations.

The role supports analytical testing for client projects, with responsibilities including sample prep, standards, and data entry into LIMS. Work schedule is Wednesday-Sunday, 9AM-5PM, and the team provides training and career growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with related lab experience or degree.
• Familiarity with laboratory terminology, practices and instrumentation.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Strong computer skills and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and accrediting body requirements for sample processing and data collection.
• Prepare standards, solutions, reagents, media and samples for analyses.
• Operate and set up laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
• Record observations accurately and manage data for peer review.
• Maintain logs, notebooks and equipment records; support data entry into LIMS.
• Assist with administrative tasks and potentially support study or technical manager duties.
