Amazon is seeking a Labor Engineering PM II for Worldwide Grocery Stores to lead time studies, develop labor standards, and analyze data to drive improvements across store formats. You will document workflows, update standards, and present findings to leadership.

The role requires collaboration with store operations and other Labor Engineers to ensure consistent methodologies. The position emphasizes strong data analysis, prototype development of reporting tools, and rigorous documentation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business, or relevant field.
• Strong understanding of time study methodologies.
• Analytical rigor with attention to detail in data collection and statistical analysis.

Responsabilités

• Time Studies & Workflow Observation: conduct time and motion studies across store departments and document task sequences, durations, and frequency.
• Labor Standards Development & Maintenance: develop, document, and maintain labor standards for assigned areas and analyze variances.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: perform quantitative analysis on labor data and build reporting tools.
• Process Documentation & Standardization: create and maintain SOPs, flow diagrams, and documentation for observed workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with store operations teams to schedule observations and validate findings.
