Job summary

Penske in Reading, PA is seeking an LR Administrator to support the HRIS team, monitor data integrity, and manage system testing and audits. You’ll work with LRS, Oracle EBS, Taleo, and BI tools to keep pay and benefits accurate for our union population.

The role involves system configuration, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve processes and data flows, with travel as needed and a strong focus on controls and security.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; with Bachelor's, at least 1 year supporting business systems.
• Without Bachelor's: at least 5 continuous years in system administration and contract administration role.
• Work related to HR, Labor Relations, or Payroll systems is preferred.
• Intermediate understanding of HR systems and their data structures (HR systems preferred).
• Intermediate understanding of contract administration (systems) and process compliance.

Responsibilities

• First level customer support/monitoring for system issues by reviewing tickets and audits.
• Test issues/new features/process improvements in the system.
• Perform system administration tasks: update tables, locations, profiles, and other tables; process changes to pay, benefits, and contract terms.
• Process group rate changes, grow-in rates, deduction changes, and other LRS processes.
• Create and distribute ad hoc and scheduled reports; maintain security for sensitive data.
• Use relational DBs and reporting tools to gather information; perform UAT and document results.
• Explain current system functionality clearly and identify improvement areas.
• Handle other projects as assigned by the Manager.
