Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Five (5) years of professional human resources experience in labor relations.
• One (1) year of experience leading or supervising professional staff.
• Additional work experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Labor Relations Consultants.
• Provide professional support to the Program Director, Labor Relations.
• Foster positive relationships with labor unions and leadership.
• Resolve union disputes and ensure compliance with labor laws and CBAs.
