Qualifications

• Traditional labor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in traditional labor matters and provide counsel on federal and California workplace laws.
• Handle NLRB charges, elections, and related proceedings for management.
• Advise on wage/hour, leave management, and disability accommodation issues.
• Review handbooks, policies and compensation plans for compliance.
• Provide management training on labor relations and workplace issues.
