Requirements include a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, 4–6 years of experience, CA Bar admission, and the ability to travel. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required; hybrid work arrangement in SF is possible.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA accredited law school.
• 4-6 years experience in litigation or advisory work as an attorney.
• Traditional labor experience preferred.
• CA Bar Admission required.
• Ability to travel for business as needed.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Represent employers in traditional labor matters and provide counsel on federal and California workplace laws.
• Handle NLRB charges, elections, and related proceedings for management.
• Advise on wage/hour, leave management, and disability accommodation issues.
• Review handbooks, policies and compensation plans for compliance.
• Provide management training on labor relations and workplace issues.
