Job summary

Flex in Austin, TX is seeking a Labor Cost Analyst to provide management with real-time estimates of total labor cost, labor cost by work area, and labor cost by customer account. You will maintain headcount statistics and oversee the contract labor requisition process to ensure alignment with forecasts.

You will collaborate with Supervisors, Managers, and contract agencies, prepare weekly P&L materials, and deliver timely labor and headcount reports for management reviews.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of related experience in large manufacturing companies.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time estimates of total labor cost, labor cost by work area, and labor cost by customer account.
• Maintain headcount statistics and administer contract labor requisition process.
• Coordinate with Supervisors, Managers, and Contract Agencies to ensure labor needs are met.
• Prepare reports for P&L meetings and labor cost forecasts.
• Respond to special data requests from management, program management, or finance.
