Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Finance Analyst II to support labor reporting, forecasting, and financial planning. You will analyze labor and expense data, deliver actionable insights, and partner with Finance and stakeholders to improve data integrity and forecasting accuracy.

In this hybrid role based in Alpharetta, GA, you will develop labor reports, create dashboards in Excel/Power BI, and help automate reporting, ensuring controls and governance are in place.

Qualifications

• Solid financial, analytical, and accounting skills.
• 1+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience.
• Experience with financial reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Oracle Fusion).
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Planning and organizational awareness.

Responsibilities

• Create and update labor reports for month-end and labor expenses.
• Analyze operational and financial data to reveal performance trends.
• Support reporting and automation enhancement projects.
• Serve as SME for Oracle Fusion reporting and forecasting.
• Run forecast checks for merit, benefits/pensions, allocations.
• Submit and review forecast adjustments to expenses, FTE, and allocation percentages.
• Provide ad hoc analysis during month-end close, forecasting, and planning.
• Explain month-end expense variances with detailed analyses.
• Collaborate with Workday and decision support teams to inform planning.
• Develop documentation and training to drive adoption of reporting processes.
