Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Finance Analyst to support labor reporting, forecasting, and financial planning. You will analyze labor and expense data, deliver actionable insights, and enhance reporting and automation processes.

The role is hybrid in Alpharetta, GA, partnering with Finance and operations to improve forecasting accuracy and data integrity. You will work on financial models, create dashboards, and support monthly close and planning cycles with detailed analyses and

Qualifications

Solid financial, analytical, and accounting skills.
1+ year of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
Experience with financial reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Oracle Fusion).
Strong attention to detail with data accuracy.
Effective communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Create and update labor reports for month-end reporting and insights into labor expenses.
Analyze GL details and develop reports and dashboards using Excel and Dodeca.
Support forecast cycles with merit, benefits, allocations calculations.
Provide ad hoc analytical support during month-end close, forecasting, and planning.
Collaborate with decision support teams and stakeholders to drive insights and planning.
