You will partner with Finance and operational teams to deliver insights, improve reporting and automation, and ensure data integrity throughout forecasting cycles.

Qualifications

• Solid financial, analytical, and accounting skills.
• 1+ years prior experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Oracle Fusion, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking, inclusive of problem assessment and recommendation.
• Planning and organizational awareness.

Responsibilities

• Create and update labor reports for month-end reporting and insights into labor expenses.
• Conduct financial analysis by examining operational and financial data to gain insights into performance and trends.
• Contribute to reporting and automation projects from requirements to governance and post-implementation support.
• Serve as SME for Oracle Fusion reporting and forecasting, ensuring data integrity and controls.
• Perform initialization and recurring checks during forecast cycles for merit, benefits, allocations, and calculations.
• Submit and review forecast adjustments to expenses, FTE headcount, and allocation percentages.
• Provide ad hoc analytical support during month-end close, forecasting and planning cycles.
• Collaborate with Workday and other stakeholders to present insights to department leaders.
