Confidential Employer in White Plains, NY, seeks a litigation attorney with NY admission and 4+ years in labor and general litigation. You will handle complex matters, draft and file pleadings, conduct depositions, and drive cases to trial with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Admission in NJ/CT/PA is a plus.
• Federal court experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage general litigation and product liability matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and related filings.
• Conduct depositions, appearances, and lead motion practice.
• Prepare for and attend mediations, ADR proceedings, and trial.
• Conduct legal research and deliver strategic advice to clients.
• Retain and collaborate with expert witnesses to support case strategy.
• Negotiate settlements while maintaining client relationships.
• Coordinate with senior attorneys and support staff across offices.
• Manage deadlines and ensure court/procedural compliance.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and all related litigation filings with precision and strategic intent
• Conduct depositions, handle court appearances, and lead motion practice with confidence
• Prepare for and attend mediations, alternative dispute resolution proceedings, and trial
• Perform in-depth legal research and deliver clear, actionable strategic advice to clients
• Retain and collaborate with expert witnesses to strengthen case strategy
• Negotiate settlements effectively while maintaining strong client relationships
• Partner with senior attorneys and legal support staff across the firm's geographic footprint
• Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with all court and procedural requirements

Qualifications

• Active admission to practice law in the State of New York (required)
• 4+ years labor law experience
• Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across a team
• Admission in New Jersey, Connecticut, and/or Pennsylvania is a plus
• Federal Court experience is a plus
