Confidential Employer in New York City seeks an attorney with active New York bar admission and 3+ years of labor and employment law experience to represent employees and employers in litigation, administrative proceedings, and negotiations.

The attorney will draft legal documents, manage discovery, and help prepare matters for hearings and trial while defending discrimination claims and advising businesses on workplace policies.

Qualifications

• Active New York bar admission.
• 3+ years of labor and employment law experience.
• Connecticut bar admission is preferred.
• Experience representing employees and employers.
• Strong research, writing, and litigation prep skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent employees and employers in employment litigation and administrative proceedings.

• Draft legal documents, manage discovery, and help prepare matters for hearings and trial.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
