Orionplacement, a boutique employment law firm in New York City, seeks an attorney with NY bar and 3+ years of labor and employment experience to join our practice.

You will represent clients in litigation and negotiations, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and advise on workplace policies, with a hybrid schedule and competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active New York bar admission.
• 3+ years of labor and employment law experience.
• Connecticut bar admission preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Represent employees and employers in employment litigation and administrative proceedings.
• Negotiate severance agreements and executive compensation arrangements.
• Draft legal documents, manage discovery, and prepare matters for hearings and trial.
• Defend discrimination charges and employment-related lawsuits.
• Advise business clients on workplace policies and everyday labor and employment issues.
