LeoForce, a rapidly growing plaintiffs' litigation firm, seeks an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join its Glendale team. The role centers on wage-and-hour and complex employment litigation, with state and federal court exposure and opportunities to lead matters.

Qualifications include a J.D. from an accredited law school, admission to practice in California (with Washington, New York or Illinois as alternatives), and 8+ years of civil litigation experience.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in California, Washington, New York, or Illinois.
• 8+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience with employment litigation, wage-and-hour claims, class actions, collective actions, PAGA matters, or other complex litigation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of civil litigation.
• Manage discovery, including strategy and written discovery.
• Conduct motions and court appearances.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Case management and client interaction.
• Represent employees and consumers in wage-and-hour and class action matters.
