Job summary

LeoForce in Los Angeles, located in the Downtown/BD area, seeks a Labor and Employment Litigation Associate for a full-time role with in-office or hybrid work based on your preference.

The ideal candidate has 2–8 years of labor and employment litigation experience, is admitted to the California Bar in good standing, and can manage cases with minimal supervision while leading on assigned matters within a strong team of litigators.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of labor and employment litigation experience preferred.
• Background in public entity defense, insurance defense, or business litigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage labor and employment litigation matters with increasing responsibility over time.
• Handle court appearances, depositions, written discovery, mediations, law and motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Serve as lead attorney on assigned cases, maintaining regular communication with clients.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
• Meet an annual billable target of 1,900 hours.
