Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex civil litigation, including wage-and-hour and class actions.
• Oversee written discovery and discovery strategy.
• Lead motions practice and court appearances.
• Take and defend depositions and manage case workflow.
• Interact with clients and coordinate with teams and staff.
• Represent employees and consumers in employment-related matters.
