Qualifications

• CA-licensed defense attorney with 2–10+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience in wage and hour, labor & employment defense, and related areas.
• Strong advocacy, research, and briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in wage and hour and labor & employment defense matters.
• Advise on class action, PAGA, discrimination and wrongful termination issues.
